Directors are appointed by the Shareholders of the Company for its effective management. Making a change in directorship means either removing of Director or appointment of an additional Director.
As per the Companies Act, 2013 a Private Limited Company must have atleast two directors and a Public Limited Company must have three directors. As per Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008 a Limited Liability Partnership has Designated Partners and requires minimum two Designated Partners.
