Introduction

Directors are appointed by the Shareholders of the Company for its effective management. Making a change in directorship means either removing of Director or appointment of an additional Director.

As per the Companies Act, 2013 a Private Limited Company must have atleast two directors and a Public Limited Company must have three directors. As per Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008 a Limited Liability Partnership has Designated Partners and requires minimum two Designated Partners. To add a director or remove a director, first of all, directors' Digital Signatures (DSC) is obtained and then Director' Identification Number (DIN) is allotted to them which is mandatory to be a director in India.

  Self Attested copy of PAN for Indian Nationals and Notarised Passport for Foreign Nationals.

  Self Attested copy of Identity Proof of the Directors - Voter Id/ Driving License/ Passport/ Aadhar Card (Any One).

  Self Attested copy of Address Proof of the Directors - Telephone Bill/ Mobile Bill/ Bank Statement / Electricity Bill not older than 2 months (Any One).
